Mansfield Shire have been in charge of the Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail Project.  Within their Council Meeting Minutes are Minutes of the Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail Committee of Management Meetings and a couple of sets of Minutes of the Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail Advisory Group Minutes.  This group reports to the Committee of Management at their meetings.  There is also a Technical Advisory Group that reports to the Committee of Management - no minutes seen.
